Sunny's Car Wash & Auto Lube

I called ahead to ask whether they offered interior cleaning. I was told that interior work was available by appointment, but that having my vehicle vacuumed would be no problem. When I arrived, I asked the gentleman at the counter if someone could vacuum my car. He replied, “Every car wash comes with a free vacuum.” I clarified that I was asking for an employee to do it because I am nearly seven feet tall and drive a Camaro, which makes it difficult for me to maneuver inside. He then looked at my son and said, “That’s what he’s for.” After that, I asked whether they provided any interior services at all, and he simply said no. This directly contradicted what I was told over the phone and what their website says about offering detailing services. The entire interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. If the service required an appointment or was unavailable that day, he could have politely explained that. Looking at my child and saying, “That’s what he’s for,” was completely unnecessary and disrespectful.

I took my car there to get the oil changed a few months ago, went back this past Friday for another oil change. I was told that they couldn't get the plug out because it was stripped, that the last guy who did it must have over tightened it. They told me to bring it back on Monday when the owner was in. I called today about taking it back in and was told that the few months ago that I took it in the manager noticed that it was stripped inside of the pan. I was never told. Now they are saying that I need to take it to a mechanic. They just don't want to take responsibility of the issue! Have it at another garage right now and I need a new oil pan!! $950.00. I will be filling a complaint through BBB ,and PA Attorney General!!!

Nice to have a place you don't need appointments for an oil change. More pricey than most auto shops, but great for emergency services

I'm not a fan of drive through car washes, but this one is a great one. My car was filthy inside and out, and they did an awesome job washing it and cleaning the inside. I usually do it all myself, but I was feeling lazy. The inside was really bad. Everyone was incredibly friendly making it a very pleasant experience. Thank you all for an awesome job! Sorry about all the dog hair. They're my fur babies. 😃
